Refund policy
Every BAVAR order arrives with an external tester, held in its own dust bag. Wear it. Live with it. Then decide.
The Trial
- Your tester holds more than 30 sprays, enough to know the fragrance properly, not just meet it.
- Allow it 4 to 5 hours of rest after delivery. Travel and heat unsettle the oils, and stillness lets the composition return to its intended character. In warmer weather.
The Seal
- Your bottle arrives in a box sealed with heat-shrink wrap.
- Break the seal only when you are certain. Once opened, the choice is made, and the order is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
- Requests are welcomed within 14 days of delivery.
- The box must remain sealed and unopened, with the shrink wrap and packaging in perfect condition.
- Exchanges carry no fee.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued by bank transfer or approved e-wallet, never in cash.
- Once your return has arrived and been inspected, your refund is processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.
- You are refunded the amount you paid, less a return shipping fee of 70 EGP.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order reaches you damaged, or is not the fragrance you chose, reach out to us within 3 days with photographs or an unboxing video. The fee is waived, and we will correct it.
